Trenbolone acetate is one of the most powerful and considered effective anabolic compounds in existence today, and typically results in rapid high quality lean tissue gains. It is well suited for the rapid buildup of strength and muscle mass, usually providing the user exceptional results in a relatively short time period. The anabolic effect of this drug is often compared to popular agents such as testosterone, with one difference: trenbolone does not convert to estrogen. There is no noticeable water retention, so the muscle gained while using trenbolone will be very hard and defined (providing fat levels are low enough). The resulting high androgen level can also accelerate the burning of body fat, since trenbolone speeds up the metabolism. This androgenic effect can also result in greater vascularity and fuller muscles, extreme hardening of musculature, greater vascularity and has been effective on a limited calorie diet if protein intake is still high. Combined with the protein sparing/anti-catabolic properties of trenbolone, it is an especially effective drug. Additional benefits include a significant increase in muscle glycogen and creatine phosphate synthesis, increased red blood cell production and improved muscle insulin receptor activity.

The use of HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) and/or Clomiphene Citrate/Tamoxifen Citrate may also be beneficial at the conclusion of a cycle in order to ensure balance in the hormone system.

The most common dosage range is 50 to 100 mg three times per week. The duration of intake should be limited to a maximum of 8 weeks.
